Marton served at Yahoo for three years to lead integration efforts and to realign Indextools’ business model. Starting 2009 he's invested into several startups in the cloud computing and bioinformatics space. In 2011 he acquired Ubichem Pharma, pharmaceutical research company developing innovative products and manufacturing technologies as well as producing pharmaceutical materials at two sites on 7 acres.
